Introverted Leadership in Community: Redefining, Reimaging, and Revealing
What does leadership mean to you?
Why are you drawn to leadership and involvement?
What is frightening?
Why do you come back again?
In this workshop, we’ll reimagine what leadership looks like and what it COULD look like in community. From finding our uncomfortable spots to uncovering what makes us willing to step up and speak out, we’ll demystify charisma and the concept of the ‘shiny’ leader.
We’ll come together to notice our edges and consider how our service matters, how it looks, and how we can lead (maybe not always by stepping in the center...).
When: TBD
Where: San Francisco, CA -- a private residence in the Mission
Cost: $150 - $350, some scholarships available; $50 deposit required to hold your spot. Space is limited.
Teachers: Dawn Isidora from Portland, OR and Irisanya from Santa Rosa, CA
More details coming soon!
